Lexi's Commission Terms and Process

1. Commission Requests: To request a commission, please contact me through direct message or email. Include details such as the type of artwork desired, size specifications, and any specific instructions or references.2. Payment: Full payment is required upfront. Accepted payment methods are through PayPal USD only.3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your commission, please notify me as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.4. Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the commission fee. Major revisions may incur an additional fee. Once the final artwork is approved, no further revisions can be made.5. Copyright and Reproduction: I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without permission. However, clients are allowed to display the artwork for personal use (e.g., social media, personal website) with proper credit given.6. Completion Time: The time required to complete a commission may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload. I will provide an estimated completion time upon confirmation of the commission.7. Shipping Delivery:
All artwork that I offer is in digital format only. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG. Digital artwork will be delivered via email or file sharing platform.8. Communication: Clear and prompt communication is essential throughout the commission process. I will provide updates on the progress of your artwork and welcome any feedback or questions you may have.9. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event of me being unable to complete the commission for any reason. Refunds for completed artwork will not be provided.10. Acceptance of Terms: By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to these terms of service.
